Cancellation Policy
This Policy describes cancellation timing for recurring Connect subscriptions, physical-product orders, bookings and profile-owner payments.
1. Recurring subscriptions
You can request cancellation from Plan & Billing for the profile with the subscription, when online cancellation is supported, or contact Connect support. Submit the request before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation takes effect according to the payment provider’s confirmed cancellation result.
A cancelled monthly or annual subscription normally remains usable until the end of the current paid billing period and does not renew after that date. Features then return to the free plan or other valid entitlement. Data that exceeds free-plan limits may become unavailable or read-only; cancellation does not require immediate deletion of the profile. You may subscribe again later if the plan remains available.
Cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period. Duplicate charges, activation failures and other refund requests are assessed under the Refunds & Returns Policy and applicable law. If the provider reports that a cancellation could not be completed, contact support before assuming renewal has stopped.
Enterprise and business subscriptions may follow separately accepted commercial terms. Those agreed terms apply to the extent they are lawful and do not remove non-excludable rights.
2. Failed payments and grace periods
A failed renewal may place the subscription into a past-due state. Connect may allow a limited grace period shown in the product or account notice. If the payment is not resolved by the grace-period end, paid access may stop without a separate cancellation request.
We may suspend or terminate a subscription for fraud, abuse, chargeback, unlawful use or material breach. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will explain the action and any opportunity to remedy it.
3. Physical-product orders
Contact us immediately if you want to cancel or change an order. We will check its production and dispatch status. A standard product that has not entered fulfilment may be cancelled and refunded. Delivery or provider costs already irreversibly incurred may be handled as permitted by law and explained to you.
Customised, printed, encoded or personalised products may enter production quickly and may not be cancellable once work has begun, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Defective, damaged or incorrect goods are handled under the Refunds & Returns Policy.
4. Bookings
A booking confirmation or management page may provide cancel and reschedule options. The profile owner sets the service’s minimum cancellation notice and availability. A late cancellation may be refused by the booking tool or may affect a deposit or refund according to the profile owner’s disclosed terms and applicable law.
Connect records and communicates the request but the profile owner remains responsible for the service decision and any payment refund. If you cannot use the management link, contact the profile owner or use the support details in the confirmation. See the Booking & Payment Terms.
5. Records and account closure
Cancelling a subscription or booking does not by itself close a Connect account. Transaction, booking, security and accounting records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. To request account closure or deletion, use the privacy contact channel.
