Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Policy covers delivery details for physical Connect cards and accessories. The checkout or quote provides the available method, charge and current estimate for an order.
1. Scope and delivery availability
Shipping is available only to destinations accepted at checkout or confirmed in a team-order quote. A submitted address does not guarantee that a courier can service it. If a destination, quantity or custom order needs a different delivery arrangement, Connect will contact the purchaser before fulfilment proceeds.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout or in the accepted quote. If a pricing or address error materially changes the charge, we will ask for approval or offer cancellation before dispatch.
2. Production and dispatch
Processing may include artwork approval, printing, encoding, quality checks, activation preparation and packing. Standard and customised products can have different lead times. An estimate starts only after payment and any required artwork or specification approval.
We will send or make available a dispatch notice and tracking details when practical and when the delivery provider supplies them. Any estimated dispatch or delivery date is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Weekends, public holidays, stock issues, custom production, remote destinations and courier disruption can affect timing.
3. Address, receipt and attempted delivery
The purchaser must provide a complete, accurate delivery address, contact name and reachable phone or email. Contact us promptly if an address is wrong. An address change may not be possible after dispatch and may attract a courier charge where lawful and disclosed.
A courier may require a signature, one-time pin, identification, safe collection or other delivery confirmation. Someone authorised to receive the parcel should be available. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect, access is refused or attempts are missed, the courier may return, hold or charge to redeliver the parcel.
4. Risk, inspection and delivery problems
Risk does not pass merely because an internal label was created. Applicable law and the agreed delivery method determine when risk passes. Connect remains responsible for arranging delivery of its own product order and will investigate a parcel reported lost or damaged in transit.
Inspect the parcel reasonably soon after receipt. Report visible transit damage, missing items or an incorrect product promptly with the order reference and photographs of the parcel, label and product where helpful. Keep the packaging until we provide instructions. Reporting quickly helps the courier investigation but does not remove a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
5. Delays and non-delivery
If an order is materially delayed, contact support with the order reference. We will check production and tracking, communicate the available information and take reasonable corrective steps. If delivery cannot be completed, the remedy may include redelivery, replacement or refund depending on the cause, transaction and applicable law.
Connect is not responsible for a delay caused solely by circumstances reasonably outside its control, but this does not remove mandatory consumer remedies. We will communicate significant known delays and avoid treating a parcel as delivered solely because a courier label exists.
6. Returns
Do not return a product to a courier or address without instructions. See the Refunds & Returns Policy for defects, damage, incorrect supply, change-of-mind requests and customised goods.
